Deborah is a strategic investor relations and leadership advisor with more than three decades of experience in capital markets, corporate strategy, strategic communications, and executive coaching. She helps executive teams and Boards understand investor expectations, align market perception with business strategy, and navigate pivotal corporate change.
At Alliance Advisors IR, Deborah advises executives on capital-markets strategy, financial messaging, investor and analyst engagement, banker relationships, and crisis management. She translates investor feedback into actionable insight and coaches leaders on messaging, responses, and presentation delivery.
Deborah brings expertise in institutional investor perspectives on capital allocation, operating performance, executive compensation, leadership, and Board governance. Her experience spans industrials, business services, energy, aerospace, and defense, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, capital raises, M&A, activism, corporate crises, and leadership transitions.
Deborah holds a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo, SUNY. A former U.S. Army officer, she founded Kei Advisors and built and led the strategic IR, business advisory, and leadership coaching firm for 24 years before its acquisition by Alliance Advisors in 2024. She is also an IRC® holder, NIRI Fellow, Certified Executive Coach, and director of Allegany Insurance Group. Her corporate and advisory background enables practical counsel when strategy, credibility, and stakeholder confidence are closely connected.
