Caroline is a seasoned investor relations professional with over 20 years of diverse experience across communications, family office, in‑house issuer roles, and agency work. She has advised over 100 companies on investor relations activities, including quarter‑end reporting, non‑deal roadshows, mergers and acquisitions, management changes, product launches, investor and analyst days, IPOs, RTOs, de‑SPACs, follow‑on transactions, and other capital markets events. Throughout her career, she has supported numerous public and private financings and helped raise over $650 million in capital.
As Chief Operating Officer at Alliance Advisors IR, Caroline oversees operations, strategy, and performance. She manages day‑to‑day workflows, financial and HR management, and the delivery of high‑quality client services, guiding capital markets activities and helping ensure strong compliance, governance, and risk management to support growth, efficiency, and alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
Caroline brings a well-rounded investor relations perspective shaped by both in-house corporate leadership and entrepreneurial agency experience. She held investor relations roles at Canaccord Genuity Group (TSX: CF), Ballard Power Systems (Nasdaq/TSX: BLDP), Westport Fuel Systems (Nasdaq/TSX: WPRT), and Alabaster Homes, before co-founding irlabs, which rapidly grew into one of North America’s leading investor relations advisory firms. In her advisory work, she partners with management teams to develop and elevate investor relations programs, sharpen capital-markets narratives, strengthen investor engagement, and support strategic transactions.
Caroline holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Simon Fraser University. She is an advisor to Women Funding Women, a collective working to address the persistent funding gap faced by women entrepreneurs in North America.
