John is a senior capital-markets and investor relations advisor with more than four decades of experience supporting middle-market public and private companies. He advises management teams and Boards on financial disclosure, market intelligence, investment-thesis development, shareholder and analyst engagement, strategic communications, and access to capital.
At Alliance Advisors IR, John manages the firm’s capital-markets advisory business while advising clients across technology, business services, retail, consumer goods, industrials, and healthcare. He draws on extensive relationships with institutional investors and investment banks, and a practical understanding of C-suite and Board priorities, to help clients navigate routine communications and pivotal corporate situations.
John has advised hundreds of companies on strategic and crisis communications, financial media relations, capital-markets strategy, and investor engagement. He also brings hands-on SPAC and de-SPAC experience through his service on the Board of Directors of Disciplined Growth Acquisition Corp.
John is a co-founder and partner of Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates (LHA), which joined Alliance Advisors in 2023 to form Alliance Advisors IR. He began his career as a licensed registered investment advisor at Merrill Lynch and holds a BA in Government from Lawrence University.
