Vivian is a healthcare-focused investor relations and capital-markets advisor with more than 25 years of experience spanning equity research, strategic communications, consulting, and public accounting. She helps companies translate complex business and financial developments into clear, credible messages for the investment community.
At Alliance Advisors IR, Vivian advises healthcare companies on strategic IR planning, story positioning, investor and analyst engagement, earnings communications, and capital-markets initiatives. Her work includes support for IPOs, M&A, equity and debt offerings, investor targeting, and issues communications.
Vivian brings deep experience across the healthcare sector, including medical technology, biotechnology, and tools and diagnostics. She has supported companies ranging from approximately $2 million to $3 billion in market capitalization, helping clients navigate earnings and guidance communications, investor and analyst events, medical conferences, webinars, transactions, and sensitive matters such as short attacks and media issues.
Previously, Vivian held managing director roles at Gilmartin Group, Stern Investor Relations, and PCG Advisory Group. She was also a sell-side healthcare equity research analyst at firms including Kaufman Bros., Maxim Group, Rodman & Renshaw, BMO Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley, where she participated in company coverage and IPO due diligence and readiness. Earlier in her career, she was a strategy consultant at Accenture and an auditor with Arthur Andersen.
Vivian earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University. She is an inactive Certified Public Accountant; her combined analytical, strategic, and investor-facing experience enables her to serve as a trusted liaison between management teams and the capital markets.
