Susan is a strategic investor relations advisor with nearly a decade of experience spanning public-company advisory, equity research, real estate private equity, and shareholder activism. She helps companies communicate their investment stories, navigate complex market situations, and strengthen investor engagement.
At Alliance Advisors IR, Susan manages Canadian- and U.S.-listed public-company clients across mining, defense technology, robotics, biotechnology, and real estate. She oversees every stage of the investor relations program, from public disclosure and investor presentations to AGM support and conference participation.
Previously, Susan contributed to raising more than $300 million for a multi-billion-dollar real estate securities take-private transaction and advised on activist campaigns and board-refreshment initiatives. She also served as an Equity Research Associate covering Canadian and U.S. cannabis companies, supporting institutional investor and issuer relationships through research, newsletters, and roadshows.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Sciences from the University of British Columbia. Her blend of transaction, research, and public-company advisory experience enables her to bring an informed, adaptable perspective to each client’s investor relations strategy.
