Keaton is a strategic investor relations advisor with over 5 years of experience supporting public companies across corporate communications, investor engagement, analyst relations, and capital-markets transactions.
At Alliance Advisors IR, he serves as a primary account lead, partnering with executive teams to shape corporate narratives, manage earnings and analyst communications, and execute integrated investor relations programs.
Keaton has supported IPOs, reverse takeovers, de-SPAC transactions and cross-border listings on Canadian and U.S. exchanges. His work includes developing messaging for executive and institutional investor audiences, coordinating roadshows and investor events, and applying market intelligence to communications and engagement strategy.
Previously, Keaton was a Senior Associate at irlabs and a Public Affairs Summer Student at the Ontario Securities Commission, where he gained experience in capital-markets communications, disclosure review, and compliance research.
Keaton holds a BA in Political Science, with a minor in Writing Studies, from Western University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College. He has passed Level I of the CFA Program, completed the Canadian Securities Course and earned the CFA Institute Sustainable Investing Certificate.
