Devon is an investor relations and capital markets professional with more than a decade of experience across finance, corporate communications, and agency and in-house IR. He helps issuers across North America sharpen their equity stories, strengthen market positioning, and engage effectively with investors and analysts.
At Alliance Advisors IR, Devon advises public companies on investor relations strategy, corporate positioning, and capital markets communications. He works with management teams to refine investor narratives and execute IR programs across Canadian and U.S. exchanges.
Previously, Devon advised public companies at 5 Quarters Investor Relations and held an in-house IR role at Saturn Oil + Gas. He has supported more than 30 public companies through uplistings, financings, ESG reporting programs, a multi-billion-dollar merger, hostile-bid defense, and other key corporate milestones.
Devon holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction, focused on Finance and Accounting, from the University of Victoria. He also holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst designation and has passed CFA Level I. His expertise in IR strategy, equity story development, energy and reserves reporting, and financial communications helps issuers translate complex information into compelling capital markets narratives.
