Sanjay specializes in investor relations and communications for public companies in the technology, life sciences tools, and cleantech sectors. He has over 25 years of experience developing and executing strategic, investor-focused communications programs for companies at various stages of corporate development.
He joined Alliance Advisors from Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: APDN), a life sciences platform company focused on the enzymatic production of DNA for therapeutic applications. At Applied DNA, Sanjay served as Executive Director and head of the company’s Investor Relations and Corporate Communications functions until the company’s business pivot in October 2025.
Before joining Applied DNA, Sanjay was a Vice President at LHA IR (prior to its acquisition by Alliance Advisors). There, he managed day-to-day activities for U.S. exchange-listed companies, providing strategic and tactical support to clients in technology, cleantech, media, enterprise software, and defense. He began his career at LHA IR, where he focused primarily on domestic and international technology companies.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Anthropology from New York University. He is currently a candidate for the CFA Level I exam.
