Vivian Cervantes has over 25 years of experience, most recently as an investor relations client advocate providing strategic and tactical communications counsel, leveraging capabilities gained as a Wall Street equity research analyst in medical technology and related sectors, strategy consulting, and public accounting.
Prior to joining Alliance Advisors IR, Vivian was a managing director at Gilmartin Group, Stern Investor Relations and PCG Advisory Group focused on the healthcare industry. Before that, Vivian was a sell side equity research analyst, actively engaged in all aspects of company coverage as well as IPO due diligence and readiness, including at Kaufman Bros., Maxim Group, Rodman & Renshaw, BMO Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley. Prior to her career in Wall Street, Vivian was a strategy consultant at Accenture and a public accountant at Arthur Andersen.
Vivian received her MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
