Simon is a strategic communications and investor relations advisor with nearly 20 years of experience helping public and pre-public companies clarify their investment narratives, strengthen market positioning, and navigate transformational events. A former UK barrister, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience across law, M&A, investor relations, and capital-markets communications.
At Alliance Advisors IR, Simon advises boards, executive teams, and communications leaders on investor positioning, shareholder engagement, public-company readiness, and strategic communications. His work includes IPO and de-SPAC readiness, M&A and financing communications, earnings strategy, investor days, sell-side engagement, executive coaching, and investor-facing materials for significant corporate milestones.
Simon has advised more than 200 private and public companies across natural resources, energy transition, technology, consumer, and infrastructure-related sectors, ranging from emerging-growth businesses to global corporations. He also counsels clients on shareholder activism, crisis response, corporate transformation, and other high-stakes communications matters.
Simon holds degrees in Law and Clinical Pharmacology. Prior to joining Alliance Advisors IR in 2025, he held senior roles at Rose & Co., ICR, and Sard Verbinnen, and advised Hess Corporation’s leadership during a major shareholder campaign and corporate repositioning. His legal, transactional, and capital-markets background enables practical, integrated counsel in high-stakes situations.
