Jordan joined Alliance Advisors Investor Relations in 2024 with a decade of experience in corporate development, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, valuations, and capital raising.

Prior to joining Alliance Advisors IR, Jordan played a key role on the corporate development team at FLO EV Charging, where he helped raise $136 million in Series E financing. Previously, at Laurentian Bank Securities, he advised on M&A and capital raising mandates for middle-market companies with market capitalizations ranging from $200 million to $5 billion. At Neptune Wellness Solutions, Jordan executed the company’s M&A strategy and led corporate development efforts, which included sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and execution. Before his role at Neptune, Jordan provided clients with complex valuation assessments and litigation support, particularly in relation to M&A transactions and financial reporting matters. His operational experience encompasses financial planning and analysis as well as property management. He is an avid golfer, ice hockey player, and jazz enthusiast.

Jordan holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from McGill University and is a CFA® charterholder.
