Jordan is a capital markets and corporate development professional with a decade of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and capital raising. He works with high‑growth companies to sharpen their capital markets strategy, expand visibility with investors, and build durable, long‑term shareholder bases.
At Alliance Advisors IR, Jordan supports a broad array of clients in achieving their capital markets objectives. Acting as an extension of issuers’ CFO and corporate development functions, he connects clients with research analysts, discretionary portfolio managers, and investment bankers to increase issuer visibility across financial markets. He focuses on broadening and deepening long‑term shareholder ownership, attracting fundamental investors, and supporting business development through in‑depth analysis of prospective customers and tailored outreach.
Previously, Jordan played a key role on the corporate development team at FLO EV Charging, where he helped raise $136 million in Series E financing. Earlier, at Laurentian Bank Securities, he advised middle‑market companies with market capitalizations ranging from $200 million to $5 billion on M&A and capital raising mandates. At Neptune Wellness Solutions, he executed the company’s M&A strategy and led corporate development efforts, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and execution. He has also provided complex valuation assessments and litigation support related to M&A transactions and financial reporting, and also has operational experience in financial planning and analysis and property management.
Jordan supported Terra Innovatum (NKLR) through its de‑SPAC process, helping the company secure broad research coverage and gain access to top‑tier fund managers. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder.
