Simon joined Alliance Advisors IR in 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets advisory, and strategic communications. A former UK barrister, he has advised around 200 private and public companies across energy, natural resources, technology, and consumer goods, from early-stage ventures to global corporations.
At Alliance Advisors IR, Simon advises boards and executive teams on high-impact communications and engagement strategies. His expertise covers M&A, special situations, crisis response, earnings communications, Investor Days, investor targeting, sell-side engagement, and executive coaching. Known for simplifying complexity and shaping clear messages, he combines strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Before Alliance, he held senior roles at Rose & Co., ICR, and Sard Verbinnen, leading IR programs and guiding clients through transactions, activism, and transformational events. Earlier, he advised Hess Corporation’s leadership during a major shareholder campaign and repositioning. Simon began his career in London in oil and gas M&A, and holds degrees in Law and Clinical Pharmacology.
