Todd joined Alliance Advisors Investor Relations in 2024 through the acquisition of irlabs, which he joined in 2021.

Todd facilitates investor access and engagement by connecting companies with members of the investment community and establishing relationships within the capital markets ecosystem across North America. He has over 20 years of finance and business strategy experience and is known for his ability to bring unique and creative strategic insights and market intelligence forward to shape the thinking and positioning of investment opportunities and business strategies. Through his corporate and project finance experience he has been involved in structuring over $5 billion in complex transactions and through his investor relations experience has been involved in raising over $250 million in capital for global tech firms and innovative tech start-ups. Todd’s strategic management experience has supported mergers & acquisitions, new venture initiatives and corporate strategic planning.

Todd holds a BBA in Finance and an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University. He is currently on the Board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute BC Chapter. Todd is also a licensed exempt market dealer.
