Jamie joined Alliance Advisors in 2024 through the acquisition of irlabs, which he joined in 2023. 

Jamie brings over two decades of experience as a seasoned investor relations professional, where he has spent time on both the issuer and agency sides representing both early-stage private companies to publicly listed companies on various exchanges. He has worked across many industries, including mining, oil & gas, CPG, and technology, where he has helped with fundraising initiatives totaling over $250 million of private capital. Earlier in his career, Jamie worked with top-tier marketing agencies where he developed strategic plans and executed consumer marketing programs for his Fortune 500 clients. Jamie’s strengths include strategic planning, investor targeting and capital raising initiatives, content creation, peer analysis and research, media relations, earnings calls, and the coordination of investor roadshows and conferences. Jamie is a strategic thinker and passionate about achieving his business goals.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
