Chris joined Alliance Advisors Investor Relations in 2024 through the acquisition of irlabs, which he joined in 2023.

He manages comprehensive investor relations programs, specializing in de-SPAC transactions and pre-IPO planning. He has developed IR programs from the ground up and driven the execution of investor outreach initiatives. He also has coordinated investor events and roadshows and drafted materials for public and private companies to ensure robust IR support for corporate transactions and IPO readiness.

Chris earned a BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University and has passed all three levels of the CFA exam.
